Using constant pressure the Mil-tek 205TS baler is ideal for loose plastic packaging: producing dense manageable bales.
The Mil-tek plastic bag stand (Model 125L) is the ideal accompaniment for a 205TS baler, it can be used to store plastic whilst cardboard is being baled. Load the stored plastic bags directly into the baler and use one machine to bale both waste streams.

Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing items. Constant pressure ensures a dense bale is produced that is easy to handle and recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle small volumes of cardboard in small supermarkets and other general retail outlets.

A constant flow of ingredients arriving in cardboard boxes can account for up to 60% of pub/hotel waste. The small footprint 205TS baler fits neatly inside or outside to enable baling and recycling of the cardboard. The result is a reduction in waste disposal costs by reducing the amount of bins or lift frequency required.
FOOD/CATERING
The 205TS baler has a door opening that is perfect for wine, spirit & food boxes. Locate the baler inside close to the waste source or outside if space is limited. Being air powered, the baler can be placed in areas where food is prepared as there is no risk of hazardous oil spillages. If required, an insert for cans & tins can be provided that reduces volume by 90%.
