With a floorspace footprint of just 52cm², the XP100S Stainless Steel Waste Compactor is designed for installation indoors, within the working environment in order to create a seamless waste disposal process and minimizing any time wasted transporting waste.
The elongated cylinder of the XP100S Steel Waste Compactor compacts waste more densely with each cycle, creating densely compacted bags of waste up to 50kg in weight. The longer cylinder also ensures that less power is used with each downward stroke, meaning that the machine can run on as little as 2 bars of pressure.
Compacted waste from an XP100S can easily be transported using a Mil-tek Lift Trolley. Using a lift trolley, waste bags are slid from the wagon to the lifting plate, winched up and pushed into waste bins, eliminating the need for heavily lifting.
Ibis is an international hotel company with over 1,000 hotels worldwide. Ibis partnered with Mil-tek because of the increasing volume of waste and the space it was taking up.
Espresso Exchange Cafe in Liverpool bought an XP100 waste compactor to handle their general/mixed waste. The ease of use and small size were particularly advantageous.
Super Brugsen is a supermarket chain with more than 220 stores in Denmark. They use two mobile wagons in their food production are for both their biodegradable and recyclable waste.
A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your XP Waste Compactor to a compressed air supply. Compactors can also be secured to walls or floors.
Fill the wagon with mixed waste. Once the lid is closed the machine is activated. To open, simply lift the lid and wait for the plate to return. Repeat this process until the wagon is full.
Every business is different. Our waste consultants conduct site surveys in order to determine the right waste solution for you. Everything is taking into consideration, from the current waste and recycling solution, to the transport logistics, to the space available. The goal isn't to find a suitable waste press or compactor, it's to create a total waste management solution.
Yes you can. The Mil-tek X-Press is air-powered, meaning that not only does is there no risk of contamination from oil, it is also extremely quiet.
The XP range of machines are designed to neatly replace a standard drum-size waste container. This is mounted on a wheeled trolley facilitating simple changing and transport.
As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek compactors are extremely quiet (<70 dB). If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at an appropriate distance from the machine.
The X100S Waste Compactor is a hygienic and cost effective solution for busy kitchens. The small footprint allows it to be easily installed in compact locations, and as it is both stainless steel and air-powered, their is no risk of oil contamination or rust.
Full bags of rubbish can be placed directly into the XP100S Waste Compactor, keeping odours and fluids inside the drum to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Food production and food processing facilities rely on clean environments, sanitation, constant temperatures, in order to safely and hygienically produce and process food.
Miltek Waste Compactor are perfectly suited for such environments, and the stainless steel, small footprint XP100S is both flexible enough and durable enough to seamlessly sit alongside food processing equipment.
Hazardous waste can be compacted directly into the XP100S wagon. Additionally, the XP100S Waste Compactor can be adapted to fit a hazardous/medical waste drum.
The long cylinder safely and hygienically compacts waste, and the wheeled wagon mounted to the drum minimizes any contact staff will have with the material as well as minimizing the potential for leakage.
