Strong: high compaction pressure
Electric: quiet & free from hydraulics
Low: total machine height less than 2m
Constant Pressure: locks pressing plate in place
Easy-open: user-friendly door for simple loading
Specialist: designed for high volumes of soft plastic
Businesses with medium to large amounts of plastic are well served by the E519, a low-height, electric baler optimised for plastic and packaging waste.
The worm-drive pressing plate compresses material with up to 18 tons of pressing force, creating bales of up to 230kg.
A modern and simple control panel is used to activate the machine, to bale out, and to activate additional features such as auto-start and constant pressure (stay n hold)..
E619 Video: Open the top door and start filling the electric baler with waste plastic. To activate it, simply close the door, and push the button!
A button will illuminate when the baler is ready to bale out. Open the door, tie the bale and use the automatic bale out feature.
Once the bale out has been completed pull the banding through and fix at the bottom of the baler in the shown area. Close the door, and you are ready to bale again, and again....
Ensure the machine in installed in a location that best compliments the workflow. Once plugged in, a white light on the control panel indicates that it is running.
Open the upper door and fill the chamber with waste material. The E519 can be set to 'auto start' or to 'constant pressure', with the pressing plate locked down.
Yes, it is. The E519 is designed in full compliance with EN16500 safety standards. In addition to this, Mil-tek has ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification.
Although it is possible to press other material in the E519, it is best suited to LDPE plastic. In addition to the chamber walls being optimised to withstand the high pressure of compressed plastic, there are also hooks inside the chamber to hold the compressed material in place.
The E519 requires 4 rolls of 13mm banding, which are housed above the pressing plate. Simply lift the panel to change the banding. Feed the banding along the guide lines and tie a small knot to secure the banding in place at the base of the chamber.
Additional features are activated on the control panel by pressing and holding the blue button (for constant press) or the activation button (auto start) for 10 seconds. The indicator lights will blink if active. For detailed instructions, refer to your user manual.
For retailers operating with limited amounts of space and no direct access to compressed air, the E519 is an ideal solution for loading and disposing large volumes of plastic packaging.
A low height, modern control panel, and wide door opening make it accessible and easy to use for all staff.
Warehouses operating under space ristrictions and without access to An electrical baler like the E519 is an ideal addition to warehouses and locations that do not have an existing source of compressed air.
Operates without noisy hydraulics , the E519 runs quietly without interferring with the workflow. A wide door opening means it can handle large amounts of plastic to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.
The E519 baler is suitable for manufacturing facilities handling large volumes of plastic but where compressed air is not readily accessible.
Featuring a wide door opening, low working height and low noise level, the E519 can greatly assist on-site segregation, increase recycling and reduce carbon footprint.
