High compaction pressure
Low: Total machine height just over 2m
Electric: quiet & free from hydraulics
Constant Pressure: Locks pressing plate in place
Easy-open: User-friendly door for simple loading
Largest of the E-series machines, the E619 Cardboard & Plastic Electric Baler is a heavy duty electric baler runs quietly but packs a lot of pressing force, capable of making dense bales up to 400kg.
A wide door opening allows for easy loading of large volumes of waste material.
Despite its large size and power, the E619 electric baler runs at just 65 decibels, meaning it can be installed in normal working environments or hygiene sensitive areas.
A modern control panel is used to activate, program and bale-out the machine.
Mil-tek E619 is easy to operate. Open the top door and fill the chamber. To activate, simply close the door, and push the start button. When the blue button is illuminated, the baler is ready to bale out. Tie the bale, and use the automated bale out feature to eject the finished bale from the E619.
A Mil-tek technician will conduct the installation, ensuring your E619 is optimally placed. It requires a 3-phase electrical connection.
The doors of E619 feature two hydraulic arms for easy opening and the wide door opening allows for easy loading of large boxes.
The E619 has two worm drives, that are each driven by a motor. When activated, the spindle rotates, driving down the pressing plate with up to 25 tons of pressing force.
The E619 is free from hydraulics, and thus has no hydraulic oil, which bears a serious risk of contamination.
In addition to this, the E619 has the benefit of a low noise level, making it suitable for hygiene sensitive environments.
The E619 has specific requirements for banding, both in the length and breadth of the banding. The machine requires 16mm banding, which comes in custom cut 200m rolls. If you're in doubt, contact your Mil-tek representative for clarification.
Hold down the blue button for 10 seconds until the light blinks. 1 blink means the feature is activated, two blinks means it is deactivated. For detailed instructions, refer to your user manual.
The E619 baler features no mechanical hydraulics, meaning that it is suitable for hygiene sensitive areas such as food production or food processing.
The low noise of the machine means that it can be installed inside the production area and the low height (<2.1m) of the machine further contributes to overall flexibility.
The E619 is an ideal solution for warehouses and locations that do not have an existing source of compressed air.
At just 65dB(A), the E619 operates quietly E619 without using hydraulics. The wide door opening means that it can easily handle large volumes of packaging waste to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.
The E619 is suitable for manufacturers and food producers handling large volumes of packaging waste.
The low machine height and the fact that it operates without hydraulics makes the E619 suitable for hygiene sensitive facilities that do not have a ready access to compressed air.
