The Mil-tek 102 Baler is renowned for its flexibility, being designed to fit into even the smallest locations where efficient compaction of waste is needed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The safety and operational features makes the Mil-tek 102 an ergonomic, easy, clean and safe machine to operate and can be situated close to where waste is generated.
Mil-tek machines are designed so that almost anyone can operate them. You simply put in your material, close the door, pull the handle and let the machine do the real work. The 102 has an extremely fast pressing cycle of between 10-20 seconds.
The Mil-tek 102 is powered by compressed air, either directly from an existing air-line or from a compressor supplied by Mil-tek. This means that the baler is free of both electrical and hydraulic components, minimizing the risk of fire and completely eliminating the risk of oil contamination.

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your new 102 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
A Mil-tek consultant will guide you in making this decision. What you need to know is the approximate amount of e.g. cardboard you generate every day, in what stream and in what sizes it comes. In addition to this you should know how much space you have available for a machine. This basic information combined with your business set-up forms the basis for evaluating which model machine you need.
Your internal working processes and the data available on your waste streams will provide you with that answer. Together with Mil-tek, we will ensure you find the optimal spot in your workplace.
Yes you can. Mil-tek has a range of both new and used cardboard balers and compactors, with flexible terms to suit your business. Refurbished balers are certified by our expert technicians and come with the same warranty and guarantees as a new model.
As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet (<70 dB). If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.
Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small and medium-sized supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.
A constant flow of ingredients arriving in cardboard boxes can account for up to 60% of kitchen waste. The small-footprint 102 baler fits neatly indoors or out to enable baling and recycling of cardboard and plastic. The result is a reduction in waste disposal costs, a reduction in the amount of space designated to waste and a reduction in the number of bin collections and lift frequency.
The 102 baler has a door opening that is ideal for food and wine boxes. The baler can be located indoors, close to the waste source or outside if space is limited. Being air-powered, the baler can safely be placed in an area where food is prepared or goods are unpacked as there is no risk of hazardous oil spillage. An insert can also be supplied to crush cans and tins with a capacity of up to 30 litres; typical for food, paint or oil cans.
