Mil-tek certified baler servicing & compactor repairs

We recommend that you have your Mil-tek baler or waste compactor serviced every year.

Baler service and repair

Mil-tek balers and compactors are designed for durability. We adhere to strict safety standards, including the latest EN16500 standards, utilize 98% recyclable materials, and apply a high-quality, anti-corrosion powdered enamel finish to preserve the surfaces. We conduct stress tests on every component of our machines, including pressing plates, cylinders, springs, valves, and gauges, to ensure optimal performance.

Throughout their lifetime, your Mil-tek machine for handling cardboard, plastic, or general waste will undergo significant use. Whether it requires servicing or repairs, our team of experts is available for both remote and onsite support.

For your baler or compactor to meet industry standards, a Mil-tek trained and certified technician should maintain it and supply genuine Mil-tek replacement parts annually.

When was the last time you had your baler serviced?

With the right maintenance and usage, your Mil-tek baler is designed to function well over a decade.

Remarkably, the first baler we ever constructed in 1992 is still operational today!

If you regularly use your Mil-tek baler, it can handle approximately 20,000 cycles annually. To ensure its longevity, we advise having it serviced annually by a certified Mil-tek technician.

Certified technicians, Mil-tek trained

Our technicians are available in nearly 30 countries. Before becoming certified, Mil-tek technicians must travel to the Mil-tek Denmark production headquarters and complete an intensive training program.

This training encompasses understanding the functionality, operation, and mechanics of all our equipment, including plastic and cardboard balers, general waste compactors, EPS compactors, and hydraulic balers.

Baler repairs, spare parts, and servicing

During a service check, a Mil-tek service technician will perform a complete overhaul of your Mil-tek solution and make sure to carry out any necessary spare parts replacements that may be required, so you are sure to have a product that works optimally every time you use it.

The service technician can also ensure that other employees receive proper training in the use of the machine and ongoing maintenance.
