The small-size GC100 is designed with the hospitality sector in mind. Busy bars, pubs and restaurants can install the GC100 directly under the counter, allowing them manage a steady flow of used bottles.

A rotating blade inside the chamber smashes the bottles into smaller pieces. Anything small enough falls into the lower receptacle, while large pieces remain and are broken down further.
Easy: Fill a glass bottle with soapy water and pop it into the machine as normal. The soapy water will wash the chamber and blades, and the liquid and bottles will drain out into the receptacle below.
