Product Overview

The Mil-tek 2102 is a small-footprint micro baler, designed to fit into small and compact locations. where efficient compaction of waste is needed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The 2102 baler is an upgrade on the model 102 baler Along with a range of new EN16500 safety features,it has an added cycle counter, a patented dual-locking system, a faster press-return cycle and a bale-out indicator. The 2102 baler has an extremely fast pressing cycle of less than 10 seconds, allow quick and continuous loading.

All Mil-tek 2-series waste presses are powered by compressed air, either directly from an existing air-line or from a compressor supplied by Mil-tek.

The compressed air forces constant pressure down upon waste, and patented ECO-Drive technology means that the pressure is evenly distributed. These features ensure the densest, most compact bale possible, with a minimum amount of energy used.

Pneumatic waste presses are free of both electrical and hydraulic components, minimizing the risk of fire and completely eliminating the risk of oil contamination.

Perfect for your industry

RETAIL

RETAIL

The small size of the 2102 baler means that it can easily be installed indoors, in storerooms or unpacking areas. With a floorspace footprint of less than half a square metre, it takes up a fractional amount of space.

A strategically placed 2102 baler allows retailers to bale plastic and cardboard inside the unpacking area, reduce the amount of space wasted on waste, and reducing the number of trips to outdoor bins.

HOTELS & RESTAURANTS

HOTELS & RESTAURANTS

A constant flow of ingredients arriving in cardboard boxes can account for up to 60% of kitchen waste. The small-footprint 2102 baler is ideal to handle this as it can easily be installed inside the waste area to facilitate quick and efficient waste handling.

This allows staff to remain onsite, reducing the number of trips to bins and freeing up their time to focus on core tasks. It further improves security by ensuring the back door remains closed.

FOOD/CATERING

FOOD/CATERING

The 2102 baler has a door opening that is ideal for food boxes, wine boxes and plastic packaging. It's small size ensure the 2102 is flexible enough to easily be installed close to a waste generating area, such production line or unpacking area.

As it is air-powered, the baler can safely be placed in an area where food is prepared or goods are unpacked as there is no risk of hazardous oil spillage. An insert can also be supplied to crush cans and tins with a capacity of up to 30 litres; typical for food, paint or oil cans.
